Do we want a socialist curriculum?

Just a week gave the Minister of Higher Education, Edgar Ramirez, that the country's universities to submit a proposal and start from socialist curriculum and to incorporate changes to different program content of all country races. With this news, Minister Ramirez has been thinking more of a university and many even seem confused about the idea because we still not clear that this is such a curriculum.
In visit to Maracaibo, on Friday 23, Ramirez explained what should be the starting point for the transformation of the curriculum: "must have the essential matrix Bolivar imperialist thinking (...), the thought of patriotism." As a college student a few days ago I said in one of the corridors of light if this socialist curriculum has to do with the formation of militias university and if all would be forced to integrate. In universities in the region little is talking about it. Will the universities as advanced with the development of this curriculum? Or is it as the subject of LOE that after the adoption lowered the volume of the controversy?
